Our Guild had a wonderful Play Day on Saturday - many members had expressed an interest in leaning how to do punch needle, so that was the focus of our meeting. Londi drew up three different designs, so some were working on those, while others brought projects that they'd already started - or designed themselves. A potluck lunch was enjoyed by all.
There were four new gals in attendance - it was great to meet them and we hope they'll enjoy being members of our guild - we look forward to getting to know them better.
Elections were held for the new Board and they are already busy at work planning a fall Halloween event in addition to the annual Hook-In.
Here are some random pictures of the day.

Gayle, I believe you left a comment on the Brown Bag valentine mold. Your comment came up under the spam section, I had never been there before, and low and behold I have all these comments. I apologize for not getting back to you. To answer your question, you should never bake in your mold. You can, however place paper castings in a warm oven for a short time to speed up the drying process. Saltdough might stick! Great Blog you have here!! Again, please forgive my long delay in answering. I still struggle with the computer!
